“If you get the culture right, most of the other stuff will just take care of itself” – Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com
We couldn’t have put it better ourselves.
Culture is at the heart of our experience at work. It’s easy to know when a company has got it right – you can feel it. But getting it right isn’t always easy.
Some people say that culture happens whether you like it or not. But why risk getting it wrong? When you get it right it becomes your secret sauce. It’s an inimitable way of being that can help you to stand out from the competition, fuel your business to perform better and create an employee experience that attracts and keeps the best people.
Getting a culture right takes careful crafting. It’s about getting to the heart of who you are, why you exist and being able to define the culture you want and need to be at your best in the future.
Over the years, we’ve developed a bit of an obsession with company culture. We love to find ways to craft and shape it – whether it’s through articulating a narrative, defining values or value propositions, or designing full-scale culture transformation programmes.
We love culture so much that we’ve set up a club dedicated to providing real, simple, tangible and implementable changes to support companies in creating the culture they want and need – and that others want to be part of.
We’re a breath of fresh air away from over-complex consultation. We’ve set up to work with clients to build cultures together; adding our expertise to theirs.
