This will be an ‘in conversation with’ session with Catherine Diamond, HR Director, and Caroline Ward, Head of Internal Communications and Culture at Vanquis Banking Group.
Led by the Culture Club’s co-founder Jodi Speight we’ll look at the ins and outs of their journey: What they did, how they did it, what they got right, what made their heads hurt and what’s still to come.
You’ll hear about

Tickets are free for in-house practitioners with the option to make a voluntary donation. Proceeds will be donated to the Taylor Bennett Foundation – a charity that exists to encourage black, Asian and minority ethnic graduates to pursue a career in communications.
