Join us on 20 September to hear Vanquis Banking Group share their story of The Vanquis Way, where they successfully brought together three business units to shape a new culture.
This will be an ‘in conversation with’ session with Catherine Diamond, HR Director, and Caroline Ward, Head of Internal Communications and Culture at Vanquis Banking Group.
Led by the Culture Club’s co-founder Jodi Speight we’ll look at the ins and outs of their journey: What they did, how they did it, what they got right, what made their heads hurt and what’s still to come.
You’ll hear about

- The themes we developed to underpin the new Vanquis Way.

- The highs, the lows and the learnings of the whole process.

Tickets are free for in-house practitioners with the option to make a voluntary donation. Proceeds will be donated to the Taylor Bennett Foundation – a charity that exists to encourage black, Asian and minority ethnic graduates to pursue a career in communications.
