Heads up 👉 CultureMakers is for junior comms/culture pros with up to 2 years industry experience. If you’re a manager or experienced practitioner then this one’s not for you.
🤔 Ever wondered ‘What’s an EVP?’ or ‘What‘s the difference between purpose, mission and vision?’… then CultureMakers is for you.
We’re banishing corporate BS and packing our culture specialist knowledge into an all-you-need course designed for junior practitioners looking to get a head start. There are limited spaces for 20 lucky people and this first 8-week course is absolutely free!
What do I get as a CultureMaker?
You’ll be a part of an interactive dive into all things culture, shimmied into five 90-minute virtual sessions hosted by culture specialists from The Culture Club.
You’ll get the fundamentals, like starting culture conversations and how to host a disco 🕺 (it’s not what you think), and practical tips and tools, such as how to create a kick-ass comms plan.
But that’s not all…
As well as access to our experts’ extensive knowhow you’ll take a look at how other companies are doing it. We’ll celebrate 🙌 and interrogate 🔎 the best of the best and look for lessons when companies have epically failed.
CultureMakers get access to an online community where you can continue your culture conversations and a series of WTF?! drop-in sessions to put your questions to your peers and culture specialist buddies.
Is CultureMakers right for me?
It is if you:
💥 Work in an internal comms/company culture type role with no more than two year’s industry experience.
💥 Are available on Wednesday mornings between 9.30am – 11.00am, from 24 May – 12 July 2023.
💥 Are excited by the idea of joining a community of like-minded pros who want to support and learn from each other.
💥 Want to level-up your culture skills and get some practical stuff to help you boss your role.
