Senior Strategist – Clubber careers

The role

With 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency or consultancy, you’re ready to take on a role at the heart of business transformation. As a Senior Strategist, you bring curiosity, clarity and cultural insight to help clients navigate complex change. You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions and craft strategies that elevate the people experience — from values and behaviours to culture change and engagement.

You’re the trusted partner senior leaders turn to for sharp, human-centred thinking — a dependable advisor who translates big ideas into clear, actionable and inspiring strategies. You balance vision with precision, always connecting the detail to the bigger picture.

This role is fast-paced, varied, and sometimes unpredictable. It’s ideal for a strategist who wants to help shape a growing agency, make a tangible difference for clients, and lead meaningful change.

You are…

A big-picture thinker
You see both the forest and the trees. You guide clients from complex culture change challenges to simple, powerful solutions, collaborating with creative teams to build strategies that stretch beyond client expectations.

A truth finder
You’re skilled at uncovering the insights that matter. From designing research approaches to distilling findings into sharp recommendations, you turn information into action that shifts mindsets and cultures.

An opportunity spotter
You’re energised by ideas — writing standout proposals, shaping culture interventions, and finding new ways to wow clients. You ask the right questions to get to the root of a challenge and unlock what’s possible.

A confident collaborator
You’re persuasive and personable, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating conversations that drive alignment. You ‘speak client’, know what makes people tick, and roll up your sleeves to support the team whenever needed.

A trusted advisor
You’re a passionate, curious and confident expert in people, culture and change. You bring depth of expertise and practical know-how to guide senior teams through their most critical turning points, helping them translate ambition into meaningful action.

What to expect from this process

Feedback: We receive many applicants for each role, which is much appreciated, but unfortunately, it is challenging to provide feedback to every applicant. You will always receive an email response to show that we have received your application. Of course, you will get written and/or verbal constructive feedback if you make it to the interview stage but are not selected for the role, which will help you learn from the experience. We also welcome your feedback on our process.

Transparent process: We will clearly communicate the next steps and timelines so candidates know what to expect.

Advance questions: Shared interview questions a day ahead to help candidates prepare and present their best selves, especially helpful for those who are neurodivergent.

Team interaction: Candidates spend time with team members they’d be working with, giving them a real feel for the role and culture.

Six month settling in period: The first six months are all about settling in and getting to know each other. During this time you’ll have a clear onboarding plan outlining what to expect and setting expectations and have regular time with the team to get to know your role, our clients and TCC. At the end of your settling in period you’ll have a review to reflect on your first 6 months and sign off that you’re officially ‘settled in’.

Our commitment to diversity: We are committed to the work of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our own business and for the leaders and clients we partner with. We continually work to become a more diverse and inclusive business ourselves. We are committed to working with and designing for people of every race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, physical ability or attribute, religion, national origin, or political belief. We recognise this commitment requires continual learning, reflection, and imagination.
